"Gutom at Malnutrition, Sama-Sama Nating Wakasan"
Starvation and Malnutrition are the major problems to our country. Healthy and right foods were needed to be able to fight the malnutrition. Healthy foods are the foundation for a strong and healthy body of an individual. A strong health is very important against to any sickness or illness that we may get. Eating leafy vegetables and fresh fruits will serve as a protection from sickness.
Every month of July, we are celebrating the month of nutrition. There are some activities in school in which these can help us to understand some importance of good health and nutrition that are needed to our health. we don't need to eat an important foods, the important thing was the food that has right and enough nutrients. Eating nutritious food can make us more energetic and more efficient in doing some things on our daily lives. Some people were fat wherein they used to have a plan for their diet. There are also some people who are thin which induced them to eat many foods for them to be fat. They are trying to change and improve their physical body with their own. But not precisely all the aspects.
So let us all hand-in-hand to advance in eating nutritious food. For this kind of food, this can really help every individual to be healthy. Have also a proper exercise daily for the better improvement of one's health and growth as we grow older and older.
